In preparation for next term you will be put into groups and will be creating a few pieces of work. You all have skills and knowledge on how to create 3d models, render them, print them out, upload to blogs and more. What seems to be lacking is time management. When working in groups it is essential to plan well and stick to the plan.
Task
In groups you will be creating a 3d modelled scene in Cinema 4D. All work must then be handed in on CD/DVD. USB sticks will not be accepted. Work must be handed in at the end of next weeks lesson – 10th February.
In the scenes you must include at least:
1. One African Animal inspired Side Table (one of the many that were made last year)
2. One Mudeford inspired chair that was created by the second years last year.
3. One other object of your group’s collective choice.
These tasks will be distributed within the groups you have been placed into.

You must also burn onto CD/DVD the following work in separate folders:
1. All models must include textures (must be labelled first with the members name then work).
2. An animation for each model (rendered 640×480 as an .mov file).
3. One folder that contains the scene with all 3d models present as well as textures.
4. An animation of all 3d objects in one scene (rendered 640×480 as an mov. file)
5. A printed A3 presentation of the scene (the rule of thirds, text to be included and fonts)
6. One Completed Planner and Assessment sheets.
